 The Club:

The Parry Sound Saltos Gymnastics Club (Formally known as : Optimist Saltos Gymnastics Club of Parry Sound) is a non-profit organization offering, summer camps, PD Day Camps, Birthday Parties, kindergym, recreational and competitive gymnastics to children of all ages!  Our goal is to encourage fun and fitness through gymnastics!  Gymnastics helps build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and motor control.  Most of all, it's tons of fun!!!   

Our Staff:

All of our adult coaches are certified with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).  The minimum certification requirement for supervising coaches of Parent & Tot, Kindergym, Gymkids, and the Recreational Programs is NCCP Level 1 while the requirement for Competitive coaches is NCCP Level 2.  We also have junior coaches that assist with the classes under the direction of the supervising (certified) coaches.  The junior coaches are previous gymnasts with a passion for gymnastics and an enthusiasm for working with young gymnasts.
