Registration for all classes will be held prior to Recreational programing dates on invitation. Registration will take place at the club's location at 17 Cargill Drive.
Programs are expected start Sept 25th but are subject to change . The Futures Program will run until date to be determined but the Competitive Program end date will be determined by the competition schedule (usually early June).
Classes may continue to run on snow days. Please refer to the Moose FM, our website or Facebook Page for details regarding cancellations.
Full fees must be paid at the time of registration in one lump sum or three post-dated cheques payable on the following dates if signing up for full season. There is a minimum deposit required at registration, if payment arrangements are made for classes.
Fees for the program are as follows:
Fees include the mandatory Gymnastics Ontario fee and insurance coverage charges.
Full refunds cannot be offered, however if after three weeks, your child is unable to continue in the program, a refund will be considered upon receipt of written reasons for the cancellation. After three weeks, refunds will only be provided if the cancellation is for medical reasons.
Helping Kids Play Foundation is a local program which offers financial support to help children get involved in organized sport, recreational and cultural activities and may offer assistance for gymnastics registration fees.
Try-outs for the Futures Program:
Try outs each year will depend on availability, this is a coach recommend invitation only program
Tryouts for the Futures program have been placed on hold this season due to coach availability.
Tryouts are by invitation only for this program.
If a gymnast makes the Futures team, the $100 tryout fee will be applied to the cost of the program. If a gymnast does not make the competitive team, she will join the appropriate recreational class and the $100 will not be refunded.
Competitive Team Try-Outs:
This year, there are 8 spots open on the competitive team.
Tryouts for the competitive team will take placed on hold this season due to coach availability.
Try-outs are open to gymnasts who have previously participated in the Advanced Recreational program and to returning competitive gymnasts. Spots are not guaranteed for returning competitive gymnasts – EVERYONE MUST TRY OUT!!!
If a gymnast makes the competitive team, this $100 will be applied to the cost of the competitive program. If a gymnast does not make the competitive team, she will join the Advanced Recreational class and the $100 will not be refunded. Depending on age and skill level, gymnasts that do not make the competitive team may be able to join the Futures Program (in this case, the $100 will be applied to the cost of the Futures Program).
