Adults and Retired Gymnasts

This "class" is offered as a drop-in time slot for adults who are previous gymnasts or other athletes looking to use the gymnastics equipment for exercise and fun. This "class" is also appropriate for retired gymnasts age 14+ who do not need an instructional class.

There will be a Level 1 or Level 2 certified coach present at all times but it is not an instructional gymnastics class. 

The fee is $10 per drop-in "class".  You are welcome to attend as many or as few times as you like. 

To register:  at the first "class" you attend, you will be asked to complete the registration paperwork and pay the Gymnastics Ontario fee in addition to your $10 for that day.

Participants are expected to exercise and use the equipment safely independently. Any participants using the gym in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave with no refund.

Classes may be subject to cancellations, due to low attendance.
