Registration

Recreational class sessions run Fall (September to December), Winter (January to April), and Spring (May to June). 

An annual, in-person, registration day is held at the club's location at 17 Cargill Drive, Seguin, Ontario. On this day, registrations are accepted for all sessions. Space is limited in all of the programs and classes fill up on a first-come, first-served, basis.

If there are unfilled spots, registration via other methods (email, Messenger, drop-in) is normally opened 2 weeks prior to the start of a session.

Please see detailed descriptions under programs tab for each class. Age guidelines for all programs refer to the child's age by December 31st. Coaches will be present on registration days to help you choose the most appropriate class/program for each athlete.

There are no classes over Christmas Break or during the March Break. Classes may run on holidays, depending on coach availability. Classes may continue to run on snow days. There is no guarantee of make-up classes due to weather cancellations, but we do our best.

Fees must be paid at the time of registration. Cash, cheque, and e-transfer are accepted. 

Fees:

All recreational classes are subject to an additional mandatory insurance fee of $40 valid till June 30th.

Full refunds cannot be offered, however, if after two or fewer classes, your child is unable to continue in the program, a partial refund will be considered upon receipt of written reasons for the cancellation.  After three classes, refunds will only be provided if the cancellation is for medical reasons with written confirmation from a Doctor. Any considered deferrals or refunds are subject to a $40 administrative fee which includes the non-refundable Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee.

Fall-Winter 2023/24 Registration

Saturday September 16th, we will be holding our in-person registration at our facility on 17 Cargill Drive, Seguin. 

Registration will run 10am-12pm 

Please note you (or a representative) must attend in-person on Saturday September 16th between 10am-12pm in order to acquire a spot for your gymnast. IF there are spaces available after registration closes we will email out the option of registration via email. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL FORMS PRIOR 

 PLEASE NOTE CLASS TIMES AND DAYS CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON COACH AVAILABILITY AND CLASS SIZES.

$40 Gymnastics Ontario Mandatory Insurance fee is not included in prices. If you are unsure if you are already insured for this season please reach out.

• Can I register online?
• After Registration Day, virtual registration (by email or private message) will be accepted for any open spaces available.
• Note: Classes for younger gymnasts often fill up on Registration Day. 
• Can someone else register on my behalf?
• You are welcome to send a representative (friend, family member, other registering parent).
• Please complete the registration form ahead of time and send a paper copy with them. Health Card Number & Signatures on registration and waiver, are often missed.
• Payment must be received before a spot is confirmed.

• What if the class (level, day, time) I want is full?
• You can place your gymnast on a waitlist for your preferred class.
• You may register your gymnast in an alternate class, in the meantime, if you choose.
• When waitlists are formed, those attending in-person registration are given priority.
• My child has    {X}      experience. What class should they be in this year?
• Coaching staff will be on hand at Registration to help with recommendations for placement.
• When is payment due?
• A minimum deposit of $50 is due at time of registration. Full payment is also accepted at this time.
• If you are interested in paying in installments, arrangements can be discussed with our volunteers at Registration.  
• How do I pay?
• We accept Cash, Cheque, and E-transfer.

Programs & Registration Dates

We hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer ! Our Coaches and executive are currently in the process of finalizing dates and times for this coming fall/winter programs. Please stay tuned for registration dates!

Parents Nights

Parents nights will be running during regular classes on Monday December 7th and Tuesday December 8th 2015, just a reminder to parents with gymnasts in classes running on Wednesday's,  parent night has been changed to Wednesday December 16th 2015. Please remember that parent night is a opportunity to watch your gymnast in the gym, parents are not to attempt spotting or aiding in anyway during this time. Coaches will provide areas for viewing.
