Intermediate

 

This class is designed for gymnasts whose skill level is between the beginner recreational and advanced recreational levels.  This class may also be appropriate for 6-year-old gymnasts who mastered all of the skills in Gymkids.  This class includes more conditioning than the beginner recreational class to help athletes build the necessary strength to achieve new skills. 

Fall 12 Week Session $275  or Fall/Winter 24 Week Session $500 (Plus GO Insurance fee $35)

Intermediate Ages 6-10yrs  (1.5 Hour Class)

Monday 7:00-830pm 

Intermediate Ages 10+ (1.5 Hour Class)

Wednesday 6:15-7:45pm

 

Advanced

 

This class is designed for gymnasts looking to advance their skills at a quicker pace and requires the gymnasts to have a desire to learn and practice at a more advanced level.  Conditioning is a larger component of this class as the higher level skills require more strength and body control.  This class is recommended for gymnasts who have already shown ability and willingness to learn, follow instruction, and to work independently at appropriate times.  If a gymnast has an interest in eventually moving into the Futures or Competitive programs, then this class is well suited to prepare him/her for the structure required in those programs.

Fall 12 Week Session $300  or Fall/Winter 24 Week Session $545 (Plus GO Insurance fee $35)

Advance 10-13 years ( 2 Hour Class)

Wednesdays 6:15-7:45pm 

Advance 6-10 years ( 2 Hour Class )

Saturday 10:00-12:00pm
